With over five years of professional experience spanning marketing, business analytics, and business development, I specialize in transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making, improve operational performance, and drive sustainable business growth.

My academic and research journey is firmly grounded in business analytics, artificial intelligence, and data science. I have authored and co-authored more than 13 peer-reviewed research papers published in IEEE conference and Scopus-indexed journals. My work spans a wide range of interdisciplinary areas, including credit card fraud detection and predictive modeling, business intelligence and data visualization, marketing and consumer behavior analytics, cloud computing and AI applications in finance, and sustainable innovation and business transformation.
